Self-Care! Going Back To Basics

SELF-CARE.  Going back to basics.

Let me guess... you're really good at taking care of EVERYONE ELSE but you forget to take care of yourself? Or you leave taking care of yourself for LAST and end up being too tired to fit self care in? 

What if I told you that self care isn't selfish? That its actually ESSENTIAL to take care of yourself in order to take care of others. I'm here to give you PERMISSION today and every day to put yourself first. Put on that oxygen mask so you can take care of your loved ones too. LEAD BY EXAMPLE so your children learn how to take care of themselves too. 

There are six pillars to self care: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, social, and financial. You will hear me say this again and again but what it REALLY means is that self care is not simply working out or getting a massage or taking a bath... it is all those things plus SO. MUCH. MORE.
