I have been in the fitness industry for the last 10 years. I started as a dance instructor for children and now have over 10 certifications, pre/post natal specialist and have developed over 10 fitness series. I have Co-written the Skinny Confidential’s Bikini guide, the #1 audio based app Aaptivs pre/postnatal program, and am currently working on the development of a postnatal DVD series for Germany.

I have been releasing online content since 2013 and have worked with the best of the industry: Jillian Michaels, Jeanette Jenkins, Kenta Seki to name a few. I have been featured in shape magazine multiple time, written for articles in fabletics, the greatist and more.

Currently, I am loving working with the corporate world in Silicon Valley – my hometown. Between teaching corporate classes, filming content for the web, personal training and program development – my hands are submerged in helping others live healthier. I am fortunate enough that I am able to bring my daughter to work with me 99.9% of the time and she is even featured in some of the mommy and me series videos.

I don’t come from a sporty family, actually quite the opposite. Believe it or not I’m Greek and my family is amazing at 2 things: food and fun. Fitness never fit into the Greek culture for us (unless it was dancing in a circle together at parties on the weekends).

I lost my father very young due to an unhealthy lifestyle and as awful as it was – it sparked the fire under me to be healthy! I have a mission on this earth and it is to inspire others to live healthier lives – I am not perfect – I love wine – I have cellulite and cheese is probably my favorite food. However, I have created a REALISTIC approach to eating better, working out more and enjoying precious time with loved ones.

Jaime McFaden’s wellness programs are unlike others out there. She is uniquely defined as a well known celebrity trainer who is down to earth with her passion for authenticity. She has worked with clients across the board and has the ability to relate to anyone and bring out the best in her clients.

Her mission for people living a better life starts from the core of each client. She even uses a “word of the day’ for each workout and in every lecture she is sure to include a mental health exercise to remind clients that the physical aspect of training is only one piece of the pie in health and wellness.

She believes if we can all start finding the motivation in our personal lives to live better and support one another – she will reach a global phenomenon.
