How to Make Dreams Come True?

Libby Cooper radiates joy and the element of DREAM! She joins me to talk about dreams and how to make them happen.

Libby is the founder and CEO of Space Coyote, a California cannabis company focused on creating potent and delicious cannabis for a good time. Libby realized she wanted more out of life when she found herself burnt out in the Silicon Valley tech industry. She talks about the process she went through to find her real PASSION and takes us on the journey she took to turn her life into her real DREAM.

Table of Contents

  1. Define Your Own Reality
  2. Let Go of Fears
  3. Take Action and Work Hard

Libby keeps it real - she also discusses how difficult it can be to make your dreams come true; like self doubt and imposter syndrome. She gives some really great advice to get through these tough points and lets us know that sometimes you just have to be fearless and “jump into the unknown”.

Be fearless and dream big with these 3 tips from Entrepreneur Libby Cooper:

  1. Define your own reality

Instead of latching onto whatever you have been conditioned to believe, take a hard look inside and ask yourself if you are happy where you are. No one is forcing you to be there, take the opportunity today to see what sparks your curiosity.

Is there something that you are really excited about? If you could turn something you LOVE and enjoy into work, what would it be?

  2. Let Go of Fears

Let’s face it, we all get stuck in its web sometimes. Its FEAR what I like to call False, Evidence Appearing Real. Start to understand what you are afraid of.

How can you make peace with your fears and start letting them go. The fears are what will hold us back from our true dreams.

  3. Take action and Work Hard

The greatest thing we can do in reaching our dreams is taking ACTION. Dreams will only become reality when we take steps towards them.

Focus today on bringing clarity on ONE dream you have and think of some small baby steps you can take towards that dream. Each step you take will either lead you closer or farther away.

“We can define our own realities”

“No one is telling us what to do, we have to unlearn a lot of conditioning, but if you can ignore everything you can do what you want”

She also shares some of the inspiration she has had in life like her parents and schooling. I really value Libby’s authenticity and ability to stay true to herself. She made sure she brought her values into her company - Libby wanted to do things like live in Hawaii, learn to surf, and eat local organic foods. But she also wanted to make sure her employees got to live the life they wanted - whatever that meant for THEM!

“I didn’t want a situation where I could go live my dream, but everyone else couldn’t”

Libby gives us a glimpse into what self care means for HER and how she implements it into her daily routine. Libby makes sure to include music, dancing, surfing, eating healthy, and moving her body into her life. And of course, she shares how cannabis has been a part of her self care too!

This interview is a great reminder to look inside and focus our your greatest life dream
