10 Day Self Love Challenge

Welcome to the first day of the rest of your life <3

I want to thank you for taking this step towards better self love, towards filling your cup and refueling your body, mind and spirit.

I created this challenge after myself, and so many clients shared how burnout, wiped, exhausted or just down they had been feeling. We have been through a lot the past year and I know the greatest gift we can give ourselves is LOVE. Real love.

Self love is giving ourselves what we NEED. It is not selfish. It is essential to our well being.

Before we start this challenge, I encourage you to ask yourself what you NEED. To check in and see what areas of your life you could be giving yourself more LOVE.

Over 10 days we will journal, exercise, breathe, cook and even make sure to include FUN. I have special guests who will join us on IG live and I will be doing a few GIVEAWAYS to those who actively post, share, participate and give LOVE.

You can decide how much you want to participate but I encourage you to go all in for the best results!

Get your calendar out and block out time for yourself each day from feb 1-10 to work on self love. I will give you tools and resources and you have to make the challenge work for you – in YOUR life.

The goal of this challenge is to bring awareness to what areas you NEED more self love and start giving yourself that love. It means being aware of the distractions, releasing toxic elements (foods, people, all things), moving your body, provoking thoughts in your mind, nourishing your mind, body and soul with LOVE.

For 10 days I challenge you to commit to YOURSELF. More to come friends <3
